Woah, crazy effect! How'd you do it?

@dYe: Hi, the efect is called Sabattier and you must do it: Create a new Adjustment layer and choose Curves. Pick the middle point in the curve and give it a "V" shape, then move it up to make an inverted "V". Finally, give it a "W" shape.
Then create a new Fill layer, choosing Solid Color, look for a golden yellow, or one you like. Now choose "Overlay" as the fusion mode for the layer and reduce the effect changing the opacity.
Now, choose the background layer, go to Filter>Blur>Gaussian blur. Start with a 1,3 radius but you can increase it and see how it looks like.
